This marriage goes beyond its literary significance as a simple union of a young couple to open on other horizons characterizing the life of the people on this part of the world.No gathering is known for the two fractions of Ait Hdidou tribe and the neighbouring ones as a moment of exchange and purchase of agricultural and craft products once in the year as it represents the only market of the year "Souk Aam". big market in moroccoOn the other hand, this meeting is the sole engagements for the young ones and possibilities for already engaged ones to celebrate their union publically and make it official by receiving the marriage record on the festival date.The organisation and celebration of the wedding for the Ait Hdidou tradition crosses then the following steps.On the first day,Abadir bread in imilchil the messengers of the bride-groom "Isnayens" go to the brides parental home taking gifts a sheep and a big bread called "Abadir" which is divided into pieces and ditributed to the ceremony assistants as a manner of gratitude for the warm welcome they are subjected to they are received into the guests room and are offered four customary plates namely dates, butter, honey and milk. This witnesses the good will of the bride's family who wishes that this union be proportional to the admiration granted by the guests to the richly varied plates.
